Summary

Tourists visiting Bahla Fort and Nizwa Fort in Oman's Aldhkhiliyah region expressed overall satisfaction, but highlighted specific areas for improvement to enhance their experience. Key concerns included facilities, appearance and maintenance, accessibility, and service quality. The study surveyed 162 tourists using a bilingual questionnaire with 27 statements, categorizing responses into four main variables and two overall satisfaction measures. Findings suggest that while the heritage sites are well-received, targeted improvements in these dimensions could significantly boost visitor satisfaction, guiding site managers and policymakers in prioritizing enhancements.
