Summary

A novel model for organizational communication and coordination has been developed to address challenges in managing the Borobudur Temple Compounds. This model integrates goals across multiple ministries with differing objectives by establishing clear communication flows, membership negotiations, self-structuring processes, and activity coordination. It also introduces thematic storytelling visits to manage visitor traffic effectively. The research employed qualitative methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation, to assess the effectiveness of this approach in improving governance and visitor experiences at Borobudur. The findings suggest that such a communicative constitution model can serve as a blueprint for harmonizing diverse organizational objectives in heritage site management.
